Curtis Hustace, Photographer/Videographer
Curtis Hustace started his professional photography career in 1986 while attending Indiana State University. During his time at Indiana State he was hired as the school’s sports photographer. For three years he was charged with providing all the photographs that appeared in all of the guides for ISU’s official sports programs.
Upon graduating from ISU, with a degree in Radio, Television and Film, Hustace established his photography business, Curtis Hustace Photo-Video (www.chphoto-video.com). Hustace specializes in a wide range of photography, from exceptional event photography (weddings, social events, and corporate celebrations) and sports photography (football, soccer, baseball, etc.) to travel photography and corporate work.
Hundreds of Hustace’s photographs have been published in newspapers, magazines and books. His photographs have appeared in the Boston Globe, Evansville Courier & Press, Popular Dogs Series magazine, and DogFancy, as well as multiple books from Barron’s Educational Series. Hustace’s corporate work has included numerous clients, such as ALCOA, American Aluminum, AT&T Mobility, Welborn Baptist Hospital, Little Engine.com Live Steam, Steam Age USA, Inc. and assorted travel companies.
Hustace’s freelance photography and video company also provides web design services, video production, page layout and design for service and product brochures. Video clients include: Ivy Tech Community College, and HIT Entertainment (Thomas the Tank Engine). Hustace was also contracted to work as the director of offline productions with the Thoroughbred Racing Network (TRN). Having traveled extensively throughout the United States, Europe, Mexico and the Caribbean as a photographer, Hustace offers travelers tremendous insight into achieving photographic goals. Hustace enjoys working one-on-one with individuals to help novice to experienced photographers achieve their photographic goals. Hustace has taught college level courses in both photography and video production.
In his photography, Hustace captures the beautiful textures, colors, and patterns in our everyday world and communicates them in a unique aesthetic style. Many of his photographs are sold to private individuals seeking aesthetically pleasing images for their walls or work space
